We apologize but due to a high volume of patients and physician referrals, we are no longer offering online booking at this time.

If you plan on using your insurance plan for physical therapy, you MUST have a referral from your physician prior to scheduling.

Pricing

Direct access to a physical therapist. You do not need health insurance or a physician's referral to schedule.

All subsequent visits after your initial evaluation if you are not using health insurance.

Package Deal

All visits must be used within 3 months from date of purchase.

Package Deal

All visits must be used within 6 months from date of purchase.

There is a $40 fee for all no shows and cancellations less than 24 hours before appointment time.

Last-minute cancellations due to emergency or illness will be at the discretion of the therapist.
